Welcome to the Fourth Annual Fred quiz! 

The game this year is Anagrams! You will be given a list of anagrams, divided into two sections: the first ten are names of people associated with Fred, and the second are stage musicals or movies that Fred appeared in. The anagrams themselves will give a little hint of who or what they refer to.

Scoring:

Once you fill in your name and contact information below, you will be given the anagrams. You get one point for each correct answer. The winner is the person with the most correct answers. In the event of a tie, the person who answers in the shortest amount of time wins (i.e., the amount of time being shown the form and sending in the answer). In the event of another tie, the person who sent in their answer earlier wins.
